Season 1:
Tohru Honda is 16 year old orphaned girl who gets invited to live in the house of her classmate, the handsome boy Sohma Yuki, and his cousins, 16 year old Kyo and 27 year old Shigure. However, these young men and parts of the rest of their family (both close and distant) hold a curse; if they are hugged by the opposite gender, they transform into animals of the Chinese Zodiac.
Season 2:
Tohru Honda continues her life with the Soma family. They get along happily and learn and grow together, but underneath everything is the taint of the Soma curse.
Season 3:
who miraculously gets involved with zodiac spirits bearers, humans who could change into various zodiac animals and who have their own twisted and dark pasts and a secret curse. Season 3 attempts to reveal many of the dark secrets of the famous Sohma family piled up in season 1 and 2.
