United States	Not so great by Matt Pacheco 2009-08-25 17:54:32 Received the set of dvd's and they were all scratched and skipping. The cover appeared to be used also. It is not disclosed on the website that these are used dvd's. I sent an email to Playtech asia and never received a response. I don't think I will be buying from them again. As for the dvd's, I will try and get the scratches out but I think I am just left with a defective product. VERY poor customer service!

Your box could have been opened for Customs purposes during clearance.


United States	I have a question by Krista Koscielak 2009-11-21 22:34:24 Is the quality better than that on youtube? is it slightly pixilated or fuzzy? is it hard to see anything during the snowstorm scenes like in the youube videos? Would it still look good on a big screen?

DVD'd still do not work, are scratched and the case is all jacked up. I'm not buying the "opened for customs" crap because the set I got is OBVIOUSLY used! I want a self addressed stamped envelope sent to me for a return or I want a refund. Last correspondence I received was to send it back to playtech but I want the address and I want playtech to pay for the shipping. It is only fair since you state you sell only new products. Still waiting!!!!!!
