Asuka Masamune (Masaki Okada) is a popular high school student who is also a national Kendo (sword fighting) champion. Although most people perceive Asuka as a strong male figure, Asuka also enjoys things like shoujo manga, sweets, sewing, and cooking. Asuka then finds himself falling in love with a new transfer student named Ryo Miyakozuka (Kaho). Although Ryo looks pretty, she is as tough as nails and can't cook to save her life!
